Hi, I'm Jonny, founder of Transparency Cleaning Services.

Transparency was shaped by an experience I had while trying to help my own parents get their property cleaned, repaired and generally brought back into good condition. What should have been simple became surprisingly difficult.

Different jobs needed different companies. Communication wasn't always great. Some people didn't turn up, others didn't call back, and it became difficult to know who you could actually trust.

At the time, I was serving as a firefighter in Burgess Hill. My years in the fire service taught me a lot about responsibility, safety, reliability and the importance of doing what you say you're going to do.

The experience with my parents helped shape the kind of company I wanted to build — a company that makes looking after your property easier, not harder. So I created Transparency Cleaning Services.

The idea was simple: turn up. Communicate properly. Do a great job. And if something isn't right, take responsibility for putting it right.

Today, that same philosophy runs through everything we do — whether we're cleaning someone's windows, restoring their roof or looking after the entire exterior of their home.

And if we find something we can't help with? We'll be honest about that too and, where possible, help point you towards someone reliable who can.
